Overview
We strive to produce the best possible product for your project. If there are any errors on our part after the artwork has been approved, we will produce a replacement product at no extra charge to you. If you find defects with your printed project, we must be notified within one week. We may require you to send us pictures, samples or to return the entire order to begin a reprint or refund.
Please note that orders damaged or delayed in shipping are the responsibility of the courier / carrier and may require several days to remedy as we must work with the courier to track and trace the order. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@atomicsigns.ca.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
