So how does this all work?
Our Process
Transforming the creative artworks we receive into high-quality stickers is an absolute blast and we know that all of our customers can’t wait to see them either!
PROOFS
You will receive a PDF proof via email that requires a response. You can either approve the proof (it’s as simple as saying ‘yes’) so that we may begin production. At this time you may also ask for modifications to the proof.
Haven’t heard anything? Make sure to check your junk/spam folders.
APPROVAL
You will receive a proof for approval via email before we begin production. We aim to have these sent within a business day but times can be extended during a promotion.
PRODUCTION
Once approved, stickers are produced within 1-2 business days; we cannot guarantee timelines when stickers are on promotion. Please reach out to us directly if you have a deadline that you are hoping to meet and we will do our best to accommodate you.
DELIVERY
Orders under $50 are sent via Canada Post letter mail which does not have tracking. Orders over $50 are sent regular parcel with tracking via Canada Post or UPS. Contact us if you are looking for a faster service.
